Last year, David Brahen, well known veteran game developer, introduced an inexpensive mini-computer for students and tech enthusiasts known as Raspberry Pi. The ultra mini-computer that was launched in January features a 700MHz ARM11 processor and 128MB of SDRAM. The Raspberry Pi is designed to run open source software including Ubuntu, Iceweasel, KOffice, Python and it is priced at $25.Raspberry Pi is also a great alternative for inexpensive home-theater PCs and for low-power Windows desktops to run basic Internet and productivity applications. If you are already using Raspberry Pi, you should be excited to learn that you can now enjoy Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on it! For the past few months, Mozilla has been working hard on their HTML5 and open web standards-based mobile operating system.First announced back in July 2011 as the Boot to Gecko project, Mozilla demoed the operating system at MWC 2012, and detailed plans for an app store.Now, Mozilla has announced that Boot to Gecko will be known as Firefox OS. Over the past few years, Google has been working constantly to build some cloud -ased platforms and other infrastructure for third-party developers, to help them build applications and websites, provide storage, or analysis of data.Google has already built several products that do just this, such as Google App Engine, Google Cloud Storage, and Google BigQuery. Google has recently unveiled the next and latest update for their very own Android mobile operating system with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in Google I/O 2012 conference.Along with Jelly Bean update, they also unveiled the new Nexus 7 tablet, the platform lead device for the new OS, and Google's hope to take on the iPad and Kindle Fire.If you were dreaming to install and run the latest updated Flash version on your Nexus 7 or any other Jelly Bean device, Adobe has disappointing news for you.
